By making a donation, you agree that the funds will be utilized for the selected cause such as Annadana Seva, Go Seva, Vastradanam, Membership, or other charitable activities carried out by the organization.

2. Voluntary Contribution

All donations made through this website are voluntary and made without any coercion or expectation of material return.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All donations are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, the amount cannot be returned. Please verify the amount and purpose before proceeding.

4. Tax Benefits & PAN

If tax benefits are applicable under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, donors must provide a valid PAN number. Tax exemption receipts will be issued only based on the details submitted by the donor.

5. Membership Terms

Membership (Permanent / Honorary / Annual, etc.) is subject to the internal rules and approval of the organization. Membership fees are applicable as per the selected category.

6. Use of Funds

The organization reserves the right to utilize donations where most needed if a specific program is not available or fully funded.

7. Privacy Policy

Personal information such as Name, Phone Number, Email, and PAN will be kept confidential and used only for issuing receipts, legal compliance, and official communication. We do not share donor information with third parties.

8. Payment Security

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay’s encrypted payment gateway. The organization does not store any card or banking information.
